background made with scraps.
Cut 1/2 inch strips and attach to a piece of CS
in varied positions. Use this piece as a background
on your card or scrapbook page.

Love your quilted-like background using bits and pieces of one of my favorite paper packs and using the traditional colors for bold and softening up with the non-traditional colors...beautiful card.
