True Friends Blog Hop

Welcome to our January Stamp of the Month Blog Hop featuring "True Friends." This is a set of 11 stamps including 4 frames, brackets, and friendship sentiments. If you have come from Katy's you are on the right path.

I made these friendship cards using (X7119C) Veranda Level II paper pack and Wishes designs "Collage" and "Sentiment Secured." The embellishments include (Z1266) Spring Blossom Paper Flowers, (Z1278) Hearts Dimensional Elements, (Z1138) Blush Ribbon Round. I colored the dimensional elements with blush ink to give the cards a little pop

My friendship cards are packaged in a canvass bag designed to coordinate with the cards. The friendship frame is stamped on the canvass bag with StazOn Brown Ink. It is embellished with
Garden Green Heartfelt Die Cuts, Spring Blossom Paper Flowers, Hearts Dimensional Elements, and tied with ribbons on the handle.

Two More Days of Vintage

Jeanette's vintage colors go great with the Vintage Christmas stamp set. A little Olive tree, Barn Red Merry Christmas, distressed Cocoa and Dessert Sand CS with crinkled Colonial White CS give this card a nice look. Add some cocoa ribbon, a tea stained crocheted flower with a pearl and ink the torn edges with Dessert Sand ink. So many possibilities with vintage.

Nugget Tins

Use up your scraps by wrapping them around Hershey' Nuggets and put them in a cute decorated container.

Fun, Fun, Fun! Love the vintage look. Thanks Jeanette for your colors.

This card has 3rd generation Cocoa Lacey Snowflakes in the background. Stamp your sentiment, add some holly and berries and a satin ribbon and you're all set. Desert Sand stamped on Bamboo CS with Lovely Lace makes the border on the edge of the sentiment piece. Hope you're giving this a try if like vintage.
