On White Daisy

Coloring shapes is a easy as 1-2-3.

1. Cut your shape: flower, leaf. star, .etc. 2. Choose your ink color.

3. Use your ink blending tool to sponge the color on your shape.

I have a stash of white daisy flowers ready to color for any project.

It's Tic Tac Toe Time

At Color My Heart

Using the Tic Tac Toe board below from Color My Heart I used the bottom row for my card: Glacier, Mink, and Sapphire. I had to go way back to find some BTP papers with Sapphire and Mink. I did use the mink papers in the current mix-in paper pack. I really like the combination of Mink with Sapphire so I just added a touch of Glacier for an accent color. The Mink flower is a White Daisy flower sponged with the Mink ink pad.

Color Wheel

At Color My Heart

The challenge at Color My Heart using the Color Wheel was a real challenge. I went to the CTMH color wheel at Make it From Your Heart to see which CTMH colors fit into the color wheel at Color My Heart. I finally decided on Sundance(from Yellow-Orange), Lemonade(from Yellow), and Green Apple(from Yellow-Green). I also used my favorite sentiment from Friendship is a Blessing stamp set  along with the new tags from the Mix In paper pack. The flowers are stamped with Sundance ink on Lemonade cardstock and the leaves are stamped on the light side of Green Apple with Green Apple ink.

Birthday Balloons

At Color My Heart

The color challenge at Color My Heart is fun for birthday balloons.

I used a rich color combo of Blue Belle, Sundance, and Sangria.

Balloons are cut on the light side of the cardstock and stamped 

with the polka dots using the same ink except the 

Blue Belle balloon has Sapphire polka dots.

Have fun with these colors from Color My Heart.

Celebrating Mothers

On Mother's Day

One of our first connections in life is with our Mothers. 

So as we celebrate Mother's Day let's remember all those 

special things our moms have done for us in our lives. 

May the Lord bless all the moms today and everyday as we 

remember the love and share the joys of being a mom.
