Triadic Color Combinations

 Red, Blue, & Yellow

If you put an equilateral triangle inside the color wheel as shown below, it touches

THREE colors equally spaced apart. That is a Triadic Color Combination.

There are only four possible combinations

For the Red I chose Poppy, for the Blue I chose Pacifica, and for the

 Yellow I chose Lemon from the colors in the Birthday Cheer PML cards.

Use this color wheel to chose your Triadic Colors and then

National Scrapbooking Month

 It's Postcard Perfect 

Celebrating National Scrapbooking Month

at Heart 2 Heart with my scrapbook layout using Pattern #5 in the

Make It From Your Heart III How to Book. The new Postcard Perfect

paper pack includes some fun vellum that I used on the page for
Creative Vellum at Heart 2 Heart. Each edge has and overlay
of polka dot vellum and the green strip that

run across both pages has a fern vellum overlay.

Mother's Day challenge at Heart 2 Heart.

Colors from Color My Heart

Juniper, Mink, and Raspberry

Mother's Day is coming May 13. Use these 

fun colors to make a special card for your 

mother, daughter, daughter-in-law or that

special motherly friend. All mother should

 be celebrated so share the spirit and spread 

the love with a special card.

For this card I used the Juniper paper from the 

new Fresh Air paper pack and the zip strip from 

the new Beautiful Friendship paper pack. 

The oval is cut using the the new Stitched Ovals

Thin Cuts. The sentiment comes from the

Short & Sweet stamp set.
