Wednesday Wishes Meets Color me Monday

Oh boy, these colors were interesting and challenging. Not a color combination that I would ever think of. Jeanette is definitely inspiring. I used Jeanette's (http://www.jeanettelynton.com/) vintage look by using the Vintage Travel paper pack with the Bella paper pack. Also, using the pewter embellishments accents the vintage look.
These designs from Wishes are "Sentiment Secured" and "Designer Tag."

Don't forget to enter the drawing for the free card set (Posted May 31) by leaving me a comment. Every comment will have an entry, so comment as many times as you wish. Thanks.

Wednesday Wishes Meets Color me Monday

What a fun challenge to play with 4 colors: Juniper, Creme Brulee, Hollyhock, & Blush. For Juniper I used the paper from Perfect Day. For the Creme Brulee and Hollyhock I used paper from Bella. For the blush I used the blush ricrac and second generation hollyhock ink. The Wishes designs are "Keyhole," "Noteworthy,"

"Three Tiers," and "Three Wishes." These 3 X 4 3/4 cards are the perfect size for a gift card holder. To see these card full size you can view them on my website at http://www.cre8nmemories.myctmh.com/ To see Jeanette's gorgeous artwork visit her blog at http://www.jeanettelynton.com/

Crop 'til You Drop Changes to Scrap Night

At the May Crop 'til You Drop we had so much fun that we decided we wanted to meet once a month. Our first monthly crop was last night. Not everyone was cropping so it will now be called "Scrap Night." Shelley, Christine, Wendy and Cari were working on their pages. We shared some embellishment ideas: tags, stitching, sewing buttons, punching ovals and scallops, ribbon, and of course 3-D squares to give a little pop. Our new Flip Flaps help add more pictures to your page without taking up more space. Christina and I were working on cards. We all got a lot of fun work done. If you would like to join our Scrap Night just let me know and I will reserve your seat. You can contact me through my wesite at http://www.cre8nmemories.myctmh.com/. Our July scrap Night will be on Friday, July 24th 6:00 PM-11:00 PM. Cost: $5.00

Three Ring Binder

If you're entering the wish list drawing I thought I might show you my 3 favorite "new" items from the Summer Idea Book. My first was anything "Moon Doggie." Next was the "Flip Flaps. I always have more pictues to put on a page and they don't always fit. Now I can put more! The third item was the "new" 3 ring binder. Put them all together and this is what you get.
