It's all About the Pinks
Blush, Hollyhock, and Cotton Candy are the colors of the week at Color My Heart.
For my project I made a card an added a little gray for some background stamping.
To make the squares just use the back side of any square stamp. Ink with Slate,
stamp off for a second generation of color and randomly stamp on your
white cardstock. The pink block is second generation Blush ink.
Cut the white 1 1/4" flowers from Artiste Cricut booklet page 73 and
ink edges with Cotton Candy. Cut the Hollyhock 1/2" flowers from
Artiste Booklet page 44. Layer your flowers and embellish with pearl in the center.
So grab your pinks and create a surprise for us this week at Color My Heart.

Love that subtle background stamping, Jody. It reminds me of linen tablecloths! Color My Heart is so lucky to have your inspiration on a regular basis!
Wonderful card, Jody! I love the gentle background that you created--thanks for explaining how you did it also. Thanks for sharing your talents with us as a Guest Designer and for your support over the year. We are happy you play along with us!

Your pink and grey in second generation really makes for a soft pretty look. I like your scattered flowers and your sweet sentiment! Thank you so much for guest designing for us this week, Jody!
