Quick Card Distressing

The distressing challenge at Heart 2 Heart brings out the distressing tools: Sponges for inking, scissors for edge scraping, edge distresser, Spray Pen for scrunching, and those amazing texture tools.

I used the Quick Card-Butterfly for my distressing project. The edges of all the pieces are edged with Desert Sand ink to give it a vintage look. The sentiment has torn edges all around and inked with the Desert Sand. The torn edges are rolled for added distressing.  The edges of the colonial white mat are scissor distressed and inked with Desert Sand. The cut out butterfly is also scissor distressed and inked with Desert Sand. I used the spray pen with water to distress the seam binding ribbon to give it a vintage look.
Now grab your distressing tools and show us your amazing distressed project
