Heart 2 Heart has us in Stitches

I was a seamstress long before I ever heard of Close to my Heart. So when I got my sewing machine out my daughter said "Oh, Mom, You're sewing!" Ya, but I'm sewing on cards! What a concept! And....soon I'm going to start adding fabric to my creations. On this card I added some antique lace.

This card has machine stitching on each part of the card and french knots with cranberry embroidery thread at the corners of the squares.

Be sure to visit Heart 2 Heart for all your sewing tips and inspiration.

All supplies are CTMH:
Papers: Mistletoe
Cardstock: Colonial White. Desert Sand
Ink: Garden Green, Cranberry, Desert Sand
Stamps: Everlasting Life, The Present
Embellishments: Opaques, Heart Dimensional Elements, Red Embroidery Thread
Other: Ribbon and lace

What a beautiful color combination on this card and that red heart just jumps right out at you! Your style is elegant, which is why your cards are so appealing to me :) Great job, as usual and thanks for joining us at Heart 2 Heart challenges!
