Chocolate Book of Rules

I haven't made a Chocolate Book since 2011 so 

when I saw the colors at Color My Heart I wanted 

to make the Rules of Chocolate Book. For my book

 I used the colors on the bottom row of the 

Tic Tac Toe board below.

A Nutcracker Collection

Inspired by Color My Heart

The color challenge at Color My Heart inspired this Nutcracker Collection.

It was too hard to pick just three colors. These colors are Nutcracker colors.

So..I made four Nutcrackers with New England Ivy and four different jackets.

I used purple, green, and orange with a black background

Make It Sparkle

With Glitter Paper

I was having a hard time deciding what to do with

 the gold glitter circles that were left over from my 

Holiday Cheer Ornaments. Then as I was reviewing

 the challenges at Heart 2 Heart I see the challenge 

for Sparkle. So.... I gathered my circles and

 made some glittery sparkle gift tags.

Fall is in the Air 

At Heart 2 Heart

This is the last week to get the October Stamp of the Month "Autumn Air."

It's a great stamp set for cards and scrapbook pages. Using  the Multi Square Window die cut

makes it easy to make a simple background for any card. Remember you don't have

to use all the squares. You can cut random sections for more open areas. I cut the big section at the top and inserted a Layered Leaves thin cutd for a background for the word "fall." I cut another smaller section for the words "in the air." Then added leaves randomly to complete the card.

 below for my colors: Paprika, Toffee, and Saffron. Added just a touch of Sage for the green.

Color of the Year

Julep

This card is inspired by the challenge at Heart 2 Heart.

Close to My Heart's color of the year is a soft green 

called Julep. It's versatility makes it easy to combine 

with many color from the CTMH color pallet. This 

card mixes Julep with black and a soft side of Sapphire.
