Colors of "Make Waves"

The Make Waves paper pack has cheerful colors for any occasion. Personally 

I have not used Emerald yet (too bold for me) so this was a definite

 challenge. To soften the boldness of the color I made a stencil from 

Artbooking to stencil a soft background on the card. I cut the leaves using 

White Daisy and sponged on the Emerald ink.Adding Pixie and Pansy flowers

 and a sentiment on some vellum completes the card.

It's Sketch Time

With Freshly Made Sketches

I used the sketch below and Chelsea Gardens to make this card.

With the sentiment  inserted in the flowers it can be used for a

Birthday card, Mother's Day card, Wedding card or any other

card that is for a special day. The flowers are colored with water

color pencils. To get the water color look for the leaves stamp image

 in ink, stamp off to 2nd generation, spray with light mist of water

and stamp on white daisy CS.

Kraft & Bashful with a touch of Gold

Fun and simple color challenge  at Color My Heart. This Bashful CS is embossed 

with dotted swiss and sanded to make white dots. The white flowers are edged

with Bashful ink and accented with the Bashful Shimmer brush. The Kraft

leaves are accented with the Gold Shimmer Brush. The flowers are 

finished with the Bashful Pearls.

Tic Tac Toe

The colors of Chelsea Gardens on the Tic Tac Toe Board.

This card is brought to you by the 3 colors at the bottom of the

board: Black, Glacier, and Mink. The flowers are stamped in

Mink and rolled with Glacier. The large leaves are stamped in Mink

and rolled in Fern. The small leaves are stamped in Mink. Who knew

Tic Tac Toe could be so much fun at Color My Heart?
