Special One Page Layout

Inspired by Close to My Heart

Using the Charmed by Charlotte advertisement at Close to My Heart

I made this special page for my grand daughter and her boyfriend

as they were celebrating their 6th anniversary of when they met.

I cut the diamonds in the Artistry Cricut booklet page 4 at 2.75 and 2.25

 inches using random Charlotte papers and slate and whisper CS. I 

stitched around the whisper CS diamonds. I placed the diamonds on some

White Daisy CS in a random manner. After the page was done I made the

following card using the same idea.

Add a little dimension with a pop using the  Live, Laugh and Love stamp set.

The silver glitter puffy stickers add a touch of whimsy to any card.

At Heart 2 Heart and Color My Heart

Color Dare #180 joins Heart 2 Heart this week.

The colors are black and your choice of red.

Been having the urge to do some random stamping. So for this card I used two stamps from Woodland Romance and stamped one first and second generation. Then added just a touch of Pomegranate for my red. Sentiment is from the Share the Love February special stamp set.

And then when I went to clean up I used the leftover scraps to make a second card.

The new Regatta paper pack is really fun to play with.  I would really prefer to play with it in July but it won't be available in July. This paper pack and it's coordinating stamps and embellishments will not be available after the end of the current Seasonal Expressions April 30th. This card was fun to make using the sketch from Atlantic Hearts.

The hearts with boats were cut with the Regatta paper pack and

the My Anchor thin cuts. The sentiment was cut from the zip

strip in the paper pack.

Valentine Treats

Easy Last Minute Treats

Fill a coke bottle with M & Ms and decorate the bottle with B&T paper 

and a glitter heart. Tie ribbon around the top and add a tag card.

Cut an Art Philosophy or Artiste box with White Daisy CS. Cut 

out a heart shaped window and cover the opening with an Overlay

of your choice. I used the polka dotted overlay. Fill the boxes

with your favorite Valentine candy treat.

The challenge colors at Color My Heart this week 

are the colors of the Charlotte paper pack.

I used the sketch above from Atlantic Hearts to make 

my card. Instead of circle shapes I used diamond

 shapes from the Artistry Cricut cartridge. The card

is embellished with the Charlotte Compliments and

Treasured Puffies. So grab your Charlotte and share

I found a new CTMH challenge blog this week. It's Between the Folds: an anything goes challenge blog. This week the challenge is anything goes with the Charlotte paper pack. My anything goes project is my "In House Mail" project made with the monthly special stamp set Share The Love.

For every stamp set purchased this month CTMH will give $7.00 to the Operation Smile organization.

Using the Share the Love stamp set I made six 3 X 3 note cards to go in the mail box. Then when someone in the house need some lovin'  just use a note card to send a message. Tuck the note under a pillow, attach to the bathroom mirror, or pop in the lunch box or the tool box.
