At Color My Heart
This Tic Tac toe Board was truly a challenge. It was hard to pick the row, column, or diagonal to play with . I finally decided to play with the top row: Peach, Pewter, and Evergreen. I used a peach base with a pewter circle for a background. I dropped down some banners and accented with a peach flower and a touch of the Evergreen.

I really love your card, the flower and the paper hanging down from that circle make it look like a wreath. The peach and greys are really pretty and that touch of green for the leaf adds just the right touch. Thanks for sharing with us at Colour Dare, I hope you can join us again soon!
