Holiday Guide Blog Hop

A Special Christmas Gift
with the new
Hip Pic Album
Welcome to our very first Holiday Gift Guide Blog Hop.
If you have come from Georgia's Inkygeorgia Blog you are on the right path.
This very first Holiday Gift Guide comes loaded with special items just for the holidays.
Be sure to take note that some of the items are "while supplies last"
because you really don't want to miss your chance to order for the holidays.
The front cover of my Hip Pic album.
This is a gift for my daughter with all the fun photos of her kids when
they were little. Kind of a Mom"s brag book. I kept with the color scheme
that comes in the kit: Creme Brulee, Lagoon, Outdoor Denim, Smoothie, and Kraft.
I was amazed at how the colors went with the photos no mater
the colors in the photo. Very generic.
First page with inside cover.
I added some photo frames from the Cricut Artbooking cartridge
to coordinate with the photos.
The square photos frames are cut at 4.25 real dial size.
The longer photo frames that hold a 4 X 4 photo is cut at 5.5 real dial size
If you have more than 16 photos for your album you can add
flip flaps from the small assortment package.
You can add colors behind the cut out sections of you  photo frame.
Flip flap opens to show more photos.
Use the kraft, creme brulee, and outdoor denim for a more masculine look.
Add a little smoothie for a girly look
Be sure to use your bonding memory glue pen to
adhere those small chevrons and hearts.
If you use a photo frame that has a cut out in the corner you can
cover the cut out section with a die cut. These photo frames are the same one
but I covered the heart on the creme brulee frame with an outdoor denim die cut.
Last page with back cover.

Cranberry Plus One

Topiary
The Color My Heart challenge this week is to use Cranberry with one other color.
This gave me the perfect opportunity to work on Christmas cards. I really like the
cheerful colors of Christmas red(cranberry) and Christmas green(topiary).
To help my project go a little faster I used the Greetings Card Workshop from
Wishes. This workshop uses just three 12 X 12 papers. So I random stamped
a 12 X 12 White Daisy with holly and berries, added a sheet of cranberry and
a sheet topiary. Using the cutting diagrams in Wishes I was able to make 16
(2 of each design) Christmas cards in less and 30 minutes.

Now it's your turn to share your cranberry project with us of Color My Heart.
CTMH Supplies:
Cardstock: Cranberry, Topiary, White Daisy

Now it's your turn to share your creation with us at Color My Heart
